The Burning Train remake: 1980 action-thriller film The Burning Train was a huge blockbuster of that time. Now, the remake of the 80’s hit will soon be seen on the silver screen. On Wednesday morning, Jackky Bhagnani took to Instagram and his other social media handles in order to share his plan of The Burning Train remake.

Bhagnani also mentioned that he will be joining hands with Juno Chopra for the remake. Juno Chopra is a creative producer who entered the Bollywood industry with the movie Bareilly Ki Barfi in 2017.

However, the producers have not yet revealed the cast of the film. The film is expected to go on floors later this year. Meanwhile, all other details of the film are awaited.

The Burning Train, originally, was a multi-star film that stars Dharmendra, Jeetendra, Vinod Khanna, Hema Malini, Parveen Babi, Neetu Singh, Vinod Mehra, and Danny Denzongpa in the lead roles. The film then was directed by Ravi Chopra and was produced by BR Chopra.

The storyline of The Burning Train revolved around a superfast train named Super Express that catches fire just during its inaugural run routing from Delhi to Mumbai. The train ignites due to the bomb blast which happens at the ceremony. It happens to be a plan of Randhir (Danny Denzongpa) whose train design was rejected and he plants the bomb to avenge this.

The Bhagnanis have received buoyant feedback after the release of their film Jawaani Jaaneman while they have Coolie No 1, and Bell Bottom in the pipeline.

The announcement has created excitement over the audience about The Burning Train’s remake but let’s see if Jackky Bhagnani and Juno Chopra are able to recreate the magic The Burning Train created years ago.
