Realme is set to launch its latest Realme XT 730G in India on December 17, 2019, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer revealed it through a media invite sent on Friday. The company’s mid-range XT 730G is an India variant of Realme X2 which was launched in China in September. Alongside the Realme XT 730G smartphone, the company will also launch its first-ever truly wireless earbuds under the affordable range which might give a tough competition to Apple AirPods. Earlier in the day, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth had teased the December launch of the upcoming earbuds as he took to Twitter to share a picture in which he can be seen with yellow-coloured Realme wireless earbuds.

He tweeted that And it was called Yellow… I feel like wearing realme color today! What about you @FrancisRealme? These earbuds have already created a lot of buzz in the India tech market and have made rivals to think. The official media invite sent by the Chinese smartphone maker revealed that Realme XT 730G with the Snapdragon 730 SoC will launch on December 17.

The invitation highlights also revealed that the first completely wireless earbuds that were initially teased at the launch of Realme X2 Pro last month will also be unveiled alongside the launch of the upcoming smartphone. The earbuds will be available in different colour variants and are designed like Apple’s AirPods which have a periscope design.

What will be the price of Realme XT 730G in India?

Realme has not given any hint about the price. However, it is believed that the smartphone will be priced in India in the line of Realme X2 that was launched in China in September. The Realme X2 was launched in China at CNY 1,599 which converts to Rs 16,200 approximately for 6GB RAM and 64GB storage variant and the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is priced at CNY 1,899 which converts to Rs. 19,300.

Specifications and features of Realme XT 730G

As reported, Realme XT 730G is an India variant of Realme X2 then the similar specifications and features are quite obvious. To recall, Realme X2 comes with the dual-SIM (Nano) and the device runs Android Pie-based ColorOS 6 and sports a 6.4-inch full HD+ display. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC which is its USP.
