The megastars have given many hit films to the South film industry. Rajinikanth started his career as a bus conductor and now, he is the Thalaiva of South film industry.

Undoubtedly, Kamal Haasan is considered one of the most versatile actors the Indian film industry has ever seen and he is the only star whose seven films have been nominated for the Oscars.

Moondru Mudichu

This film was released on October 22, 1976, in which Rajnikanth played the role of Prasath and Kamal Haasan played the role of Balaji. Opposite them, there was only one actress Sri Devi who plays the role of Selvi a college girl, with whom they both fall in love.

Ninaithale Inikkum

It is a romantic comedy film directed by K Balachander. This film was released on April 14, 1979, in Tamil language and April 19, 1979, in the Telugu language. Kamal Haasan played the role of Chandroo and Rajnikanth played the role of Deepak.

16 Vayathinile

The movie revolves around Mayil’s life whose role is played by Sri Devi. Kamal played the role of Chappani and Rajnikanth played the role of Parattai. In this film, Chappani kills Parattai who tries to rape Mayil.

Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu

This film was released on June 9, 1978. The film ran for 175 days in theatres and won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Film. Rajnikanth played the role of Murali and Kamal Haasan played the role of Prabhu.
