RedmiBook 13 is set to launch on Tuesday, December 10 along with Redmi K30 in Beijing, China. The new RedmiBook 13 is coming a few days after Huawei’s MateBook D15 and MateBook D14. Taking a dig at their rival company, the company also said that the brand new product will bring the ultimate full-screen experience to the users.
Huawei recently launched MateBook D15 and MateBook D14 which sports thin-bezel displays. However, the new RedmiBook 13 will give a tough fight to these two products. Redmi already launched RedmiBook 14 and RedmiBook 14 Pro earlier this year, whose looks are quite similar to Apple’s MacBook. The new RedmiBook 13 will come with a new display design.
In the official account of Redmi on the Chinese micro-blogging website Weibo, the RedmiBook 13 has released a teaser. It has been learned that the new Redmi model will be slightly different in looks than Huawei’s recently launched MateBook D15 and MateBook D14. The RedmiBook 13 will have narrow border on the bottom.

Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing compared the RedmiBook 13 with recently launched Huawei models. Weibing said that the company has restructured the design of several inside components and redesigned the display panel to make the thin bezels.
The company will also release Redmi K30 along with the notebook on Tuesday in Beijing. The launch event will commence at 2 pm CST (11.30 am IST). The program will be streamed live via the company’s Weibo account.
